Installatiedossier is the digital logbook for installation companies in the Netherlands and Belgium. You link all documents of an installation to one property and stick a QR code in the meter cabinet. The customer scans and sees the complete dossier - without an app and without a login.

A folder is a pile of files; a dossier is linked to the property, has an audit trail and can be shown instantly to a customer or inspector via a QR code. On top of that, Wkb, SCIOS and NEN exports are built in, so you never have to assemble anything by hand.

Yes. The installer app works offline in the attic, the crawl space or on site. Photos, forms and signatures sync automatically as soon as there's a connection again.

Setup takes about 15 minutes. During onboarding we help you with the folder structure. Most companies have their active dossiers in the system within one business day.

Absolutely. The Basic plan works from a single installer. Many freelancers use it for the handover dossier to the customer - your own subdomain makes your handover look professional right away.

You get a ZIP with all dossiers (PDFs plus originals) by email. Existing QR codes keep redirecting to a static export for 90 days, so your customers don't suddenly hit a dead link.

Yes, paying yearly gets you up to 20% off compared to monthly.

Among others PDF, DWG, XLSX, DOCX and images (JPG/PNG). Every format is searchable with smart auto-tagging.

Upload a new version and the old one is automatically archived but stays findable. So there's always one current version and you never lose the history.

Yes. Customers can digitally sign documents and approve handovers - the signature becomes part of the dossier.

Yes, you search the full content of your dossiers, supported by automatic tagging per document type.

Daily back-ups on servers in Zurich, Switzerland (Europe), with encryption at rest. Your data is always safe and recoverable.

No. The QR code links to a unique read-only page - no password, no app download. You can optionally put confidential documents behind a 4-digit PIN.

Yes. On the higher plans you work with your own subdomain, your own logo and your own colour. Customers often think you built it yourself.

That depends on your plan. On the Business and Enterprise plans the number of portals is unlimited.

Yes. You see when a dossier is opened and can optionally get a notification as soon as a customer views or comments on documents.

The admin steers everything from the office, the installer uploads from the site (also offline), and the customer views the dossier via the QR code. One source, three roles with their own permissions.

Yes. A data processing agreement is included as standard and all data is processed and stored within Europe (Zurich, Switzerland).

AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Servers are in Zurich, Switzerland (Europe).

Yes, two-factor authentication (2FA) is available. On Enterprise we add SSO and SCIM for central user management.

No. We never sell or share your data with third parties. You remain the owner of your dossiers.

We guarantee 99.99% uptime, backed by an SLA on the Business plans. The current status is always public on our status page.

Technical & API

Yes. On Enterprise you get access to our REST API, plus SSO and SCIM to integrate with your own systems.

There are standard integrations with Snelstart and ServiceM8, among others. Other integrations are possible via the API.

Yes, there's a native app for iOS and Android for your installers. Your customer needs nothing - they just use the browser via the QR code.

All modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox - on desktop, tablet and phone.

Data residency in Europe (Zurich, Switzerland) is standard. An on-premise or custom data-residency setup is negotiable on Enterprise.
